About the Role
We are looking for an individual who can provide support to the iCAMHS service ensuring that administrative and typing activities are coordinated in a professional and timely manner and information systems are maintained.
The role requires flexibility, ability to work under pressure of deadlines, maintaining quality outputs with minimal supervision. This position will also require the ability to multitask, have methodical work practices and a high level of accuracy. To produce a high standard of work, and the ability to work under pressure with minimum supervision.
If you are an enthusiastic team player with a good sense of humour; an active, friendly person with a broad range of office administration experience including excellent typing skills, and experience in reception/front line public relations and wants to be part of a dynamic team then we welcome your application. Demonstrated competence of Microsoft Office applications (Word; Excel; Outlook; PowerPoint); data entry skills; and clinical typing experience is preferred.
About you
This is a multi-skilled role and the successful person must have methodical work practices and a high level of accuracy to produce a high standard of work.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft packages, i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook. Advanced computer skills and willingness to learn new software.
- Must be experienced in the administrative field with a high level of computer literacy.
- Openly communicates and cooperates with all levels of employees.
- Good understanding of Medical Terminology would be an asset.

$70,970 to $78,397.00 pro-rated to hours worked
