Administrator Level 2

We are opening a position for an Administrative Support Specialist to reinforce our client’s team based in Switzerland. This role supports the infrastructure integration of newly acquired Maisons as part of a strategic growth initiative. The position is critical to ensuring efficient communication, organization, and documentation throughout the integration process, particularly in the context of mergers and acquisitions focused on France and Italy.

Responsabilities

  • Manage ticket creation and follow-up for various aspects of the acquisition process, ensuring timely resolution and progress tracking.

  • Adapt and upload templates and documentation for tasks, maintaining consistency with the client’s standards and organizing a comprehensive document repository.

  • Document the overall acquisition process, including key steps, best practices, and lessons learned for future reference.

  • Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate collaboration, ensure timely completion of tasks, and provide regular updates on project progress.

  • Serve as a point of communication between stakeholders, addressing inquiries and ensuring clear and effective information flow.

  • Fluency in English and French; proficiency in Italian is a plus.

  • Strong understanding of IT systems and processes to manage tickets and documentation efficiently.

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills to coordinate effectively with diverse teams.

  • Ability to adapt templates and manage documentation in line with corporate standards.

  • Experience in administrative support roles, ideally within IT or infrastructure integration projects.
