What you’ll do:
- General office & admin support
- Handle calls, messages & customer queries
- Manage complaints & follow-up with suppliers/technicians
- Process orders, payments & daily bank recs
- Support sales staff with orders & product info
- Assist with delivery scheduling & warehouse coordination
What we’re looking for:
- Strong communication & telephone skills
- Confident with figures & financial data
- Proficient in Word/Excel
- Highly organised & detail-focused
- Flexible, team player who can multitask
