Administrator, Mental Health & Addictions

The Mental Health & Addictions Service is currently looking an Administrator, to join their team based at 6/17 Lambie Drive.

In this position you will be responsible for supporting the Mental Health & Addictions service; ensuring accurate information is available for clinical professionals and the medical filing system is updated in a timely manner. This is a full time position and working 40 hours a week Monday to Friday.

To be successful in this role you will need to have excellent computer skills, a positive 'can do' attitude, can take initiative and have a real eye for detail. You will be providing administration and customer service support by both telephone and in person, so a strong customer service focus with a clear and friendly manner is essential. Previous administration experience is important for this busy role and knowledge of a hospital environment, particularly in mental health would definitely be an advantage.

Essential:

  • Previous administration experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Intermediate user of Microsoft Office
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to multi task
  • Full NZ driver’s license

The salary range is dependent on skills and experience and will be paid in line with the National Administration Collective agreement.
