Administrator - Tamaiti Healthy Homes

About the Role


This position will hold administrative responsibilities for Tamaiti Healthy Homes (THH), providing support to the THH Service Lead and team members. Key components of the role include managing general enquiries, referrals, whaiora (client) records, service data and ensuring efficient service delivery for whānau.


  • Are you motivated to work alongside Māori and Pacific Peoples, within a kaupapa Māori environment?
  • Do you enjoy providing essential and valued office support to colleagues?

We are looking for someone approachable, organised, and adaptable, who can connect with and build strong relationships with our kaimahi, whaiora, and partners. Previous experience in an administrative role, including data entry and knowledge of Microsoft Office software will be an advantage.
