We here at Comer Group Ireland are looking for an enthusiastic well organised Administrator/Co Ordinator to join our dynamic & growing team!


Duties and Responsibilities of this role include the following:

  • Acting as the first point of contact for all incoming calls to the residential department.
  • Deal with tenant queries, complaints, letting enquiries etc.
  • Log maintenance issues on the company's software for our maintenance team to address.
  • Ensuring new tenants are correctly entered into the system with respect to their lease dates.
  • Liaising with tenants & third-party contractors and outside service providers.
  • Taking incoming residential tenants calls and passing on the information to the appropriate person internally.
  • Advise the Property Managers of any accidents, incidents or matters likely to result in an insurance claim.
  • Updating property schedules for quarterly reports.
  • Keeping up to date on current legislation and how it impacts landlords and tenants.
  • Resolving customer account queries.
  • Any department tasks required by your team leader.
  • Ensure the company code of conduct and team handbook are adhered to.
  • Ensure all standard policies and procedures are adhered to in relation to all internal and external business dealings.
  • Assisting the team with mail drops to sites in relation to maintenance and other issues.
  • Registering/renewing tenancies with the RTB.
  • General administration support to the Property Managers.


The ideal candidate for this role will possess the following skills:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential to succeed in this role as it will involve interaction with various key internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to demonstrate excellent attention to detail, logical decision making and have a hands-on approach.
  • A person with the confidence to develop and implement initiatives, problem solve, and deliver effective solutions.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Pro-active, self-starting ability to work on own initiative and within a team environment.
  • Proven track record of organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • A dynamic approach to achieving continuous improvement.
  • Excellent problem solving and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Previous experience working in property is beneficial but not a requirement.
