The person selected will be part of our reception/admin team looking after the front of house initial engagement with patients at our reception desk, and verbally guiding those patients to the relevant medical locations with the building. When not on reception duties they will be part of the team manning over phone and look after booking in patients for appointments on our IT appointment schedule. They will also liaise with the Ayrfield clinical staff (i.e. Nurses/Doctors) and the Practice Manager in relation to admin following the provision of medical care to our patients. It would be essential that the person applying would have good IT skills and be familiar with Microsoft Office software (e.g. Word. Excel, Outlook). It would be desirable if the the person has previous experience working in a reception/admin environment (particularly medical admin/reception experience). The person selected will work under the supervision of a Senior Administrator and the Practice Manager.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From €15.00 per hour
