Position: Admission Counsellor

Location: MyCollegeGYD Office, Near Dum Dum Metro Station, Kolkata

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Role Overview:
We are seeking dynamic and result-oriented Admission Counsellors to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a passion for student interaction, and the ability to meet enrolment targets through consultative engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel students and parents regarding career paths, courses, and colleges.
• Manage walk-in and telephonic inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
• Achieve admission and conversion targets through effective follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and conversions in CRM.
• Coordinate with the marketing and academic teams for seamless operations.

Desired Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher (any discipline).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Prior experience in the education or counselling sector will be an advantage.
• Freshers with strong interpersonal skills are encouraged to apply.
