This is a Admission/Career Counsellor role in our new and upcoming Arena Animation centre at Nungambakkam

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel students on suitable courses based on their interest, career goals, and skill levels.
• Explain course details, career opportunities, fees, and enrolment formalities clearly.
• Convert walk-ins, leads, enquiries, and calls into course enrolments.
• Follow up with potential students through calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
• Maintain student enquiry data and update CRM regularly.
• Coordinate with academic team for demo classes, faculty interactions, and student orientation.
• Meet monthly admission / enrolment targets.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive relationship with students and parents.

Skill Requirements

• Strong communication & convincing skills.
• Basic knowledge of multimedia, design, VFX, gaming, or willingness to learn.
• Good presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle walk-ins, calls, and counselling sessions confidently.

Qualification

• Any Degree / Diploma
• Experience in counselling, tele-calling, sales, or education industry preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
