We’re looking for a proactive and empathetic Admission Counsellor to guide prospective students through their journey of joining English Caffe. You’ll be the first point of contact for inquiries, helping individuals understand our programs, assess their needs, and make informed decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and walk-ins
- Counsel prospective students about course offerings, schedules, and fees
- Understand learners’ goals and recommend suitable programs
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions
- Coordinate trial sessions, assessments, and enrollments
- Collaborate with trainers and admin staff to ensure smooth onboarding
- Participate in outreach activities, workshops, and promotional events
Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi
- Strong interpersonal and listening abilities
- Confident, persuasive, and customer-focused
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools)
- Prior experience in counselling, sales, or education is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Base Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
