Job Summary

Sona College of Technology is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Admission Counsellor to support MBA admissions through lead generation, student counselling, follow-ups and admission conversions. The candidate will be responsible for achieving assigned admission targets and maintaining accurate student enquiry records.

Key Responsibilities & Result Areas (KRA)

• Lead Generation: Generate prospective MBA admission leads through calls and outreach activities.
• Lead Conversion: Counsel prospective students and convert enquiries into confirmed admissions.
• Admission Targets: Achieve 100% of assigned admission targets.
• Database Management: Maintain accurate lead records, follow-ups and admission status updates.

Requirements

• Qualification: Any Bachelor's Degree.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years in admissions, cold calling, telesales, BPO or any other voice-based process.
• Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills with multilingual proficiency (Tamil, English and Hindi).
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and software applications, including CRM tools, is mandatory.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Candidates with experience in educational admissions or student counselling will be preferred. However, professionals from other voice-based processes with strong communication, persuasion and conversion skills are also encouraged to apply.
