Job Title: Front Desk Receptionist (Only Females)

Job Description:

The Admission Counselor at Foundation School is responsible for promoting the institution's programs, guiding prospective students through the admission process, and achieving enrollment targets. The role involves engaging with prospective students and their families, providing detailed information about courses and admission requirements, and ensuring a smooth and efficient admission experience to meet the school's enrollment goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prospect Engagement:
• Identify and reach out to prospective students and their guardians through various channels (phone calls, emails, campus visits, social media).
• Conduct presentations and information sessions to showcase the school's offerings and benefits.
• Guidance & Counseling:
• Provide accurate and comprehensive information about admission criteria, courses, fees, scholarship opportunities, and other relevant details.
• Assist students in understanding the admission process and requirements.
• Target Achievement:
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly admission targets set by the school.
• Develop and implement strategies to maximize student enrollment.
• Application Process Management:
• Guide applicants through the application process, ensuring all documentation is complete and submitted on time.
• Follow up with applicants to resolve queries and facilitate decision-making.
• Data Management & Reporting:
• Maintain accurate records of prospective students, application statuses, and communication history.
• Prepare regular reports on progress toward targets and activities undertaken.
• Coordination & Collaboration:
• Work closely with the marketing team to align outreach activities.
• Coordinate with academic departments and administrative staff to ensure smooth admissions.
• Event Participation:
• Represent the school at education fairs, open days, and other promotional events.
• Organize and participate in school visits and orientations.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, or related field.
• Proven experience in student recruitment or counseling preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Goal-oriented with a strong focus on meeting targets.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

Note: The primary objective of the Admission Counselor is to contribute actively to the school's enrollment goals by effectively guiding prospective students through the admission process and completing assigned targets within specified timelines.
