We are seeking a compassionate and knowledgeable Education Counselor to guide students in making informed academic and career decisions. 2. The ideal candidate will support students throughout their educational journey, offering advice on course selection, career planning, and navigating admission procedures. 3. This role requires excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of medical programs, and a genuine desire to help students succeed. Job Description 1. Provide one-on-one counseling to students regarding academic pathways, medical career opportunities, and higher education options. 2. Assist students in selecting appropriate courses and educational programs aligned with their goals. 3. Guide students through college/university admission processes, including application procedures, entrance exams, and interview preparation. 4. Stay updated with changes in education systems, university admission criteria, and industry trends. 5. Organize and conduct workshops, seminars, and informational sessions for students and parents. 6. Collaborate with schools, universities, and other educational institutions to build partnerships. Maintain accurate records of student interactions, progress, and outcomes. 7. Provide emotional support and motivation to students during the decision-making process. Respond to student queries via email, phone, and in-person appointments. Qualifications: 1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education or in related field. 2. Proven experience (2+ years preferred) in academic or career counseling. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. 5. Familiarity with national and international education systems (e.g., U.S., U.K., Russia) is a plus. 6. Proficient in MS Office and student database systems. Benefits: 1. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
