We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Admission Counselor & Coordinator to join our team. The Admission Counselor & Coordinator will manage tasks such as handling enquiries and converting them into admissions, writing reports and dealing with queries as well as complaints.
To ensure success in this role, you need to be organized, efficient and be able to communicate effectively with people. Ultimately, you will professionally represent the Company to other people and ensure that all admission operations run smoothly.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Following the admission process set by the school and Counseling parents to convert them into admissions.
- Converting leads to admissions.
- Interacting with the teachers to help them plan the necessary academic activities in the school for the students.
- Interacting with the parents to understand their problems and then closing the feedback loop by conveying the details to the teachers to better understand the students.
- Analyzing the previous enquiries and following the laid out processes to improve the school strength.
- Conducting parent orientations so as to ensure that the parents know better about the school.
- Counselor should have all the information about the academics, school activities, Montessori tools & knowledge of teaching aids.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Baner, Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Education:
- Diploma (Preferred)
Experience:
- Total Work: 1 year (Preferred)
