The Role:

Are you a detail-driven team player with a flair for making connections? Our Admissions Department is seeking an Admissions Coordinator to work collaboratively and reach our enrolment goals. This role involves implementing enrolment strategies, coordinating admissions activities, and assisting in the planning of promotional events that showcase our School.

This role will heavily focus on coordinating the full fee-paying overseas students and homestay program. A knowledge of international education standards, visa regulations and enrolment processes is required to succeed in the position.

This is a 12-month parental leave replacement position. The role is full-time and will ideally commence in early February 2025.

The Person:

To be successful in this position, you will have:

Tertiary qualification in Business Administration or similar and/or relevant professional experience
Previous experience in or exposure to International Student Enrolments
Demonstrated knowledge in international education standards, visa regulations and student enrolment processes
Proficient experience in database and digital tools, ideally with experience in PRISMS
Highly developed interpersonal and customer service skills
Strong written and oral communication skills
Excellent telephone manner
Demonstrated organisational skills
Attention to detail and the ability to prioritise demands
Ability to work to deadlines and under pressure
Knowledge and experience with Synergetic (highly desirable)
Experience in a school environment (desirable)

A valid Employee Working with Children Check is a requirement of employment for this position.

This position is primarily based at the Kew campus, however there may be occasions where travel to other campuses is required.
