At Titusville Nursing and Rehab, we pride ourselves on the exceptional care we provide for both our residents AND our staff. We are currently seeking a dedicated Admissions Coordinator to join our outstanding and growing team!
Key Responsibilities:
- Reivew medical records, physicans notes and other relevant documents to determine the suitability of potential residents
- Serve as the primary point of contact for families anf referral sources during the admission process
- Conduct tours of the facility and provide detailed ifnormation about services, amenities and care provided
- Communicate effectively with healthcare providers, hospital discharge planners and social workers to coordinate admissions
- Ensure all paperwork is completed in a timely manner
- Maintain complaince with state and federal regulations regarding patient admissions and documentation

Requirements:
- High school diploma required
- Strong knowledge of HIPAA regulations and medical terminology.
- 2+ years of experience in a healthcare facility or related setting
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
