Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Admission Counselor to join our team at RMS Business School , Gurugram. The ideal candidate must be responsible for promoting our management programs, guiding prospective students through the admission process, and building relationships with educational institutions and industry partners. If you have a passion for sales, strong communication skills, and a drive to excel, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote college programs to prospective students and parents
• Provide an efficient, hassle-free admission experience and maintain daily reports on inquiries and outcomes.
• Conduct professional counselling sessions with prospective students and guide them through the course options, admission process and career opportunities.
• Assess and verify candidate eligibility for respective programs.
• Support the students throughout the admission process by resolving their queries and helping them complete the required documents.
• Coordinate with internal departments such as accounts and student support to ensure smooth documentation and payment processing.
• Build relationships with schools, colleges, and industry partners
• Maintain timely and structured follow-ups with potential leads and inquiries, using leadconversion techniques to drive student enrollments and meet enrollment targets.
• Maintain accurate records of student counseling sessions, follow-up actions, and feedback.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.

Required Skills and Competencies

• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
• Strong sales orientation, goal-driven approach and self-motivated.
• Ability to build rapport and handle objections effectively.
• Customer-centric attitude with high emotional intelligence
• Strong knowledge of management education and industry trends
• Languages: English, Hindi

Qualifications & Experience

• MBA or relevant degree
• 2-3 years of experience in admissions, counseling and sales ( Ed-Tech/education sector preferred)

Compensation

• Salary: ₹3.6 L – ₹4.8 L per annum
• Incentives: Attractive, performance-based incentives (no upper limit)

Work Schedule

• Days: Monday to Saturday
• Timings: 10:00 AM – 6 PM

Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Police Lines, Gurugram, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

• Admission Counselor: 2 years (Preferred)
• Admission Councelor: 1 year (Required)
