Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Admissions Counselor / Telecaller to manage admission inquiries, communicate with prospective parents, and support the school’s admission process. The role involves calling leads, explaining school programs, and converting inquiries into admissions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming and outgoing calls regarding school admissions.
• Provide complete information about the school, curriculum, facilities, and admission process.
• Follow up with parents who have shown interest in admissions.
• Maintain records of inquiries and update admission data regularly.
• Schedule school visits, counseling sessions, and entrance tests.
• Assist parents during the admission process and documentation.
• Achieve admission targets as assigned by the management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
• Good communication skills in English and local language.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, data entry).

Experience:

• 0–3 years of experience in admissions, counseling, telecalling, or customer service preferred.
• Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
