Heritage Pointe Rehabilitation & Nursing Center in beautiful Doylestown, PA is hiring for an experienced Admissions Director.
Responsibilities include: Record information concerning inquiries, admissions, and discharges
Daily census reports and reporting
Facilitates the admission process including completing required paperwork
Notification and reporting of admission updates
Maintains monthly records of census and other necessary reporting records
Remains in contact with new residents; perform 3-month post move-in visit, surveys residents for satisfaction
Represents facility at community events, open houses other special and public relation events
Works with Nursing Liaisons/Marketer with referrals/admissions
