We are seeking an experienced and passionate Admissions Officer to join the Impact Family International School (IFIS) team. As a bilingual international primary school, we are dedicated to providing exceptional educational experiences that prepare students for global success. The Admissions Officer will play a pivotal role in driving enrollment growth, building relationships with parents and communities, and enhancing the school’s reputation.

Position Overview

The Admissions Officer should possess extensive experience in student recruitment and a strong network of resources within the education sector. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional communication and organizational skills, bringing professionalism and efficiency to the admissions process while supporting the long-term goals of the school.

Key Responsibilities:

Admissions Planning and Execution

Develop and implement effective enrollment strategies to achieve the school’s recruitment targets.

Actively identify and engage with prospective students, parents, and partners.

Analyze enrollment data regularly to assess the effectiveness of strategies and improve processes.

Resource Development and Relationship Management

Leverage existing educational networks and industry connections to attract quality enrollments.

Maintain positive communication with parents, providing professional consultations and addressing inquiries about the school’s curriculum, programs, and policies.

Organize and participate in open houses, education fairs, and other outreach events to enhance the school’s visibility.

Marketing and Collaboration

Work closely with the marketing team to create impactful promotional materials, including brochures, website content, and social media posts.

Build and maintain partnerships with local and international educational organizations to support joint enrollment initiatives.

Represent the school in community events to strengthen brand awareness.

Qualifications and Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Education, Marketing, or a related field.

At least 5 years of experience in admissions, with a preference for candidates with experience in international schools.

Proven success in leveraging networks to attract quality enrollments.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport with parents, students, and partners.

Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills to optimize enrollment strategies.

Outstanding organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Language Proficiency

Proficiency in English is required; fluency in Chinese is a strong advantage for working in a bilingual environment and to liaise with Chinese clients

Salary Range

SGD 8,000 to 13,000 (negotiable based on experience and qualifications).
