Overview
The Admissions representative will be responsible for answering phone calls from various hospitals in order to answer questions about the program and help determine insurance eligibility and medical eligibility.
Duties
- Directing an accepted client to our facility
- Answering common questions about our program
- Communicating with facility staff to ensure information flow
Qualifications
- Strong customer service skills
- Problem-solving ability
- Excel familiarity
- Positive attitude
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Experience:
- Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
