Admissions Representative

Overview
The Admissions representative will be responsible for answering phone calls from various hospitals in order to answer questions about the program and help determine insurance eligibility and medical eligibility.

Duties

• Directing an accepted client to our facility
• Answering common questions about our program
• Communicating with facility staff to ensure information flow

• Problem-solving ability
• Excel familiarity

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

• Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)
• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
