Responsibilities include assisting the Store Manager & Assistant Manager in:
- Achieving store targets and optimal consumer experience within an adidas Factory Outlet through staff productivity and fostering an active selling environment.
- Role modelling our service and selling standards to provide customer's with an outstanding experience while leading and inspiring store team to meet or exceed commercial goals.
- Represent the adidas brand/company values and products in an inspiring and impactful way.
- Execute and maintain established Visual Merchandising standards and adequate shop floor replenishment
- Training and coaching team to fine tune service skills, as well as foundational and seasonal brand and product knowledge.
