The purpose of the Advisor, International Engagement is to:

• Support projects and programmes within the International Engagement Team, working with others to deliver high quality outcomes.
• Provide advisory and logistical support to the International Engagement Team to enhance engagement with stakeholders and team productivity.
• Provide advisory support towards engagement, briefings, and deployments for inter-agency, external collaboration and work programmes.
• Develop, review and collate briefing materials.

Essential Skills

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Demonstrates they are a team player through experience of working closely with senior leadership teams and other business units.
• Relationship management experience working with multiple internal and external stakeholders to negotiate and manage variable needs that supports the Team's deliverables.
• Demonstrated experience providing efficient and effective administration support including briefings, minutes, case studies, and reports.
• Demonstrated cultural competency.
• International experience.

The indicative salary range for this position is $80,516 - $84,989 including Kiwisaver employer contributions.
