In the role of Advisor Support / Desk Assistant, you will join the Wealth Management that’s doubling down on winning together!
Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:
Deliver high-level admin support and respond efficiently to client queries
Maintain client accounts and manage compliance documentation
Manage Salesforce updates, reporting, and event coordination
Assist in preparing financial advice documents and marketing collateral
Contribute to IPO applications, portfolio reviews, and pitch materials
We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building capabilities
Experience in a professional services or client-facing environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
A general interest in and understanding of financial markets
