Superior investment research capability: Utilise industry-leading tools including Bloomberg, Macrobond, Morningstar Direct, premier investment research houses, and insights from two independent asset consultants to support informed, high-conviction investment advice.

What your day might look like:
Lead and manage client relationships, delivering exceptional advice and service outcomes
Conduct progressive client reviews and develop tailored financial solutions
Prepare and deliver complex financial advice strategies, supported by a multidisciplinary team of more than 20 specialists
Oversee investment analysis, portfolio construction, and asset management
Advise on wealth accumulation, estate planning, tax minimisation, and asset protection
Collaborate with specialists across the firm to coordinate and project manage all aspects of clients' financial affairs
Contribute to business growth through networking, relationship management, and business development initiatives

What makes you 'just right':
A degree in Commerce, Economics, Finance, or a related discipline
At least 5 years' experience in financial planning, wealth management, or a similar advisory environment
A demonstrated passion for mentoring, coaching, and developing high-performing teams
Exceptional client relationship skills, with strong written and verbal communication abilities
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Xplan
