Mō tēnei mahi | About this job
Reporting to the Team Lead – Wellbeing, you will be responsible for delivering initiatives that align with and champion Te Punga Oranga, our holistic wellbeing model.
Day to day, you’ll drive our award-winning Tau Ora programme, planning and delivering national wellbeing events, providing tailored support to line managers, facilitating workshops and managing key relationships. You’ll also use data to continuously improve our efforts and truly bring great wellbeing experiences for our kaimahi to life.
Mōu | About you
- Experience in the health or wellness industry in a role where you’ve delivered programmes that engage and influence audiences.
- An understanding of best-practice wellbeing in the workplace and of the Health & Safety at Work Act 2015.
- Strong communication and relationship building skills with an enthusiasm and style that inspires others.
- Computer literacy is essential, you will need to be proficient in using various software and digital tools to effectively plan, deliver, and evaluate wellbeing initiatives and data.
- A willingness to participate in cultural activities and develop an understanding of Āhuatanga Māori (values, culture and tikanga).
