We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Aerial Park Attendants to join us for the upcoming season. As a guide, you play a vital role in ensuring that every guest has a safe, adventurous, and memorable experience. You’ll be the heart of the park—educating visitors, enforcing safety guidelines, and fostering an atmosphere of fun and confidence.
Schedule & Availability
This position is perfect for those who thrive in a high-energy weekend environment.
- Days: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
- Hours: 10 hours per day (30 hours per week) throughout the season.
- Preference: Priority will be given to local residents.
Mandatory Certification
Your safety and the safety of our guests are our top priorities.
- Training Provided: We provide comprehensive on-site training and certification.
- Requirement: Passing the certification exam is mandatory to work in the park. We’ll give you the tools and knowledge; you bring the focus and commitment!
Responsibilities
- Guest Engagement: Interact with participants in a friendly, professional manner, offering encouragement as they tackle obstacles.
- Safety Leadership: Assist guests with safety gear, conduct briefings, and monitor compliance with all protocols.
- Technical Support: Provide guidance as participants navigate the course and intervene when necessary to prevent accidents.
- Maintenance: Perform routine equipment checks to guarantee 100% functionality.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with the Aerial Park Lead and support other outdoor operations (such as golf course maintenance) as needed.
Qualifications & Physical Demands
- Customer Service: Previous experience in guest services is preferred.
- Climbing: Previous climbing experience is an asset.
- Physicality: Must be comfortable standing for long periods, navigating heights, and climbing within the aerial park.
- First Aid: Current First Aid and CPR certification is a plus.
