Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (Base salary based on experience) + Performance Incentives

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled, passionate, and detail-oriented Aesthetic Clinic Nurse to join our growing clinical team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of hands-on experience in a dermatology or aesthetic clinic, with expertise in administering facial treatments, assisting with advanced skin therapies, and operating aesthetic equipment safely and effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Cosmetology & Facial Procedures: Independently perform procedures such as Hydrafacials, Medifacials, Chemical Peels, Oxygenofacials, and Wart/Skin Tag removal procedures.
• Advanced Aesthetic Procedures: Prepare candidates and perform/assist with treatments including:
• Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP) & Growth Factor Concentrate (GFC)
• Exosomes & Skin Boosters
• Microneedling Radiofrequency (MNRF) & High-Intensity Focused Ultrasound (HIFU)
• Laser Treatments: Safely operate various clinical laser devices (Laser Hair Reduction, Q-Switched, Fractional CO2, etc.).
• Patient Care & Consultation: Guide patients through pre-procedure prep and post-care instructions, maintaining high standards of hygiene, patient comfort, and safety.
• Client Engagement: Convert patient inquiries and consultations into clinic treatments to drive client satisfaction and performance earnings.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Education: GNM / B.Sc. Nursing or Diploma in Cosmetology.
• Experience: Minimum 2+ years of direct experience working in a skin, dermatology, or aesthetic clinic setup.
• Deep knowledge of skincare products, clinical protocols, and hygiene standards.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and consultation skills.

Salary & Benefits

• Base Salary: Minimum ₹15,000/month (commensurate with 2+ years of experience).
