We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused After Sales CRM Executive to ensure exceptional post-sales support and enhance customer satisfaction. Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused After Sales CRM Executive to ensure exceptional post-sales support and enhance customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for managing customer relationships, addressing queries, and ensuring seamless communication between customers and internal departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for after-sales customer inquiries and support.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Handle customer feedback, complaints, and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (Sales, Finance, Technical teams) for smooth after-sales processes.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
  • Provide regular updates to customers regarding project status, documentation, and handovers.
  • Analyze customer feedback and suggest improvements in after-sales services.
  • Ensure timely follow-up and closure of all customer queries.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in after-sales service, customer relationship management, or a similar role.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office tools.
  • Ability to handle customer queries with patience and professionalism.
  • A customer-centric mindset with a proactive approach.
