To strengthen our Marine design team in Salzburg - Kasern we are looking for a After Sales Stategy Expert (f/m/d). You find it exciting to work in the maritime industry? You want to be part of a motivated team working in an international environment? Then welcome to our PALFINGER MARINE team.

YOUR TASKS

Digital After Sales Journey: Develop and implement tools for the digital after sales journey, including centralized digital planning tool, competence matrix in collaboration with the Training Center and Development Program, digital service reports for all marine product groups

Strategic Service Partner Management: Oversee the management of strategic service partners in collaboration with Network Development and expand service coverage into white spots

Strategic Partnerships: Foster and manage strategic partnerships to grow the Service Business

New Service Offerings: Create business cases for new service offerings in alignment with the segments we serve

Master Data Organization: Collaborate with Corporate Services, Marine After Sales and the Shared Service Center to organize master data and improve the Documentation Set-up for Marine Solutions products

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

Extensive experience in Aftersales, with link to marine or heavy machinery industry

Degree or comparable professional experience in in Economics or Engineering

Proactive networking personality with strong emotional intelligence and communication skills

Team player with a structured and self-organized way of working

Advanced verbal and written English skills.

Minimum yearly gross salary according to Austrian metal industry collective agreement is 52.197,04 EUR based on full-time employment.
