After School Program Coach – Work With Kids & Gain Career Experience

We’re looking for an After School Program Coach who will bring energy, organization, and positivity to every shift — and help deliver the absolute best after school programming in our community.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and supervise activities such as sports, games, arts & crafts, and team challenges
• Maintain a safe and positive environment for all participants
• Build positive relationships with children, parents, and staff
• Assist with set-up, clean-up, and smooth transitions between activities
• Be a role model who encourages teamwork, respect, and enthusiasm

Who We’re Looking For:

• Passion for working with children and creating a safe, positive environment
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
• Energetic, organized, and ready to take initiative
• Flexible afternoon availability on school days
• Previous experience working with children (formal or informal) is an asset but not required

Position Details:

• Part-time (afternoons, Monday–Friday during the school year)
• Located in Cobourg, Ontario
