Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver engaging physical activity, nutrition, and health & wellness-based

• Create a welcoming environment for children that encourages daily participation
• Maintain professional and respectful relationships with fellow employees, supervisors,

environment

The ideal candidate will have:

• A commitment to the Clubs mission, Vision and Core Values
• Good standing with the College of Early Childhood Educators or Ontario College of

Teachers, and/or has a diploma/degree or is currently enrolled in a post-secondary
program studying child and youth care, recreation or leisure services, social work,
psychology, sociology, or kinesiology with a focus/experience working with children ages
6-12 years

• Valid Safe Food Handlers certificate
• High Five Principles of Healthy Child Development is an asset
• A clear Vulnerable Sector Check
• Valid First Aid/CPR-Level C (Red Cross preferred)
