Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and organized After School Site Coordinator to oversee and manage after-school programs at our educational facility. The ideal candidate will have experience in education administration, teaching, and working with students. This role is vital in creating a safe, engaging, and productive environment for students after school hours. The coordinator will collaborate with staff, parents, and community partners to ensure program success and student well-being.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and supervise after-school activities that promote learning, creativity, and social development.
• Coordinate daily program schedules and ensure timely execution of activities.
• Manage staff and volunteer schedules, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Foster a positive and inclusive environment that encourages student participation and engagement.
• Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress, attendance, and program updates.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and maintain a secure environment for all participants.
• Collaborate with school administrators, teachers, and community partners to align program goals with educational standards.
• Maintain accurate records of attendance, activities, and other program documentation.

Qualifications

• Higher education teaching experience or background in education administration preferred.
• Prior university experience or familiarity with academic environments is advantageous.
• Demonstrated experience working with students of various ages in an educational setting.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with students, parents, staff, and community members.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
• Passion for supporting student development and fostering a positive learning atmosphere.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $22.00 per hour
