Description:
What you’ll be doing

• Maximise aftercare sales opportunities across New, Pre-Owned and Van departments
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience from first contact to post-delivery
• Identify customer needs and recommend tailored aftermarket products and services
• Build strong, lasting relationships that drive loyalty and satisfaction
• Process sales accurately and efficiently
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless communication and service
• Stay informed on product updates, industry trends, and dealership promotions
• Consistently achieve sales targets and KPIs

Skills and Experiences:
What you bring

• Experience as an Aftercare/Aftermarket Consultant, ideally within a luxury dealership
• A natural ability to build rapport, trust, and long term relationships
• Strong drive to achieve targets and deliver premium service
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organisational skills
• High-level computer literacy and impeccable personal presentation
• Creative problem solving skills
• Availability to work five days per week, including Saturdays
