Description:
Emmetts is seeking an experienced Aftermarket Operations Manager to lead Parts and Service performance across our South Australian branch network. This senior territory role will suit a commercially minded leader who understands agriculture, can drive operational improvement, support branch teams and deliver strong customer outcomes.

About the role

You will work closely with Territory Managers and branch leaders to improve productivity, profitability, service consistency and customer experience across aftermarket operations.

What you’ll do

Lead and support Parts and Service teams to achieve operational, financial and customer goals.
Translate business strategy into practical branch-level actions.
Drive efficiency, productivity and profitability improvement initiatives.
Monitor key performance indicators and support proactive revenue opportunities.
Champion a customer-focused culture and strong stakeholder relationships.
Identify opportunities to embed smarter systems, technology and workflows.

About you

You are a practical, commercially focused leader with experience in Service, Parts or broader aftermarket operations. You know how to influence, coach and lift performance across teams while building trusted relationships with technicians, customers and senior stakeholders.

Experience leading Service, Parts or aftermarket operations.
Strong financial, KPI reporting and commercial decision-making skills.
Ability to deliver improvement projects across branch or multi-site environments.
Excellent communication, coaching and stakeholder engagement capability.
Agricultural equipment, John Deere or dealership experience will be highly regarded.
