We're looking for a motivated, customer-focused individual to join our Aftersales team at Woodlands Premium Motorcycles. This is a ground-level opportunity for someone who is driven, eager to learn, and ready to grow a long-term career in the powersports industry. You'll work directly with customers at the parts and service counter — handling inquiries, coordinating follow-up, and ensuring every customer leaves with a great experience.

Whether you're coming in with dealership experience or just a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn, we want to hear from you. We'll train the right person.

What you'll do

• Greet and assist customers at the parts and service counter in person and over the phone
• Process parts orders, look up inventory, and provide accurate pricing and availability
• Coordinate with service technicians to relay repair status and timeline updates to customers
• Conduct proactive follow-up with customers on open parts orders and service work
• Ensure customer concerns are resolved with professionalism and urgency
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in our dealer management system
• Support the aftersales team in daily operations and department goals

What we're looking for

• Strong customer service instincts — you genuinely enjoy helping people
• Comfortable with computers, basic data entry, and learning new software
• Confident and professional on the phone
• Organized, reliable, and follows through on commitments
• Positive attitude and coachable mindset
• Prior experience in parts, service, or automotive/powersports is a plus — but not required

Pay: $14.00 - $16.50 per hour
