No qualifications? No problem!

We’re not looking for certificates—we’re looking for someone who truly cares about kids and their growth. If you’ve got a natural spark, the ability to connect with children, and a desire to help them explore, learn, and thrive, then you could be just what we need!

This role would be perfect for someone studying to be an early childhood educator, offering hands-on experience in a supportive, professional setting.

What you’ll do:

• Create a safe and stimulating environment where children can play, learn, and unwind after school
• Support children with activities that help their social and emotional development
• Be a positive role model, encouraging curiosity and creativity
• Build great relationships with children, parents, and the wider Tots team
