Job Description:
Are you a passionate agile advocate ready to optimize the way we build and deliver digital value? Satair is looking for an Agile Delivery Lead to strengthen our product organization and ensure high-performing, predictable delivery across our digital platforms. You will play a key role in enabling our teams to deliver at pace — while maintaining the high quality, structure, and alignment that our global customers expect.
As a central figure in our agile setup, you will bridge the gap between strategy and execution. You will leverage your expertise to remove blockers, foster a culture of continuous improvement, and ensure that our cross-functional teams are empowered to reach their full potential. Key Responsibilities
Agile Orchestration: Lead and facilitate agile delivery across one or more product teams, ensuring effective sprint ceremonies, PI planning, and backlog refinement.
Delivery Flow: Drive continuous improvement in team performance and delivery metrics, identifying bottlenecks and optimizing the flow of value.
Alignment & Collaboration: Ensure seamless alignment between Product Owners, architects, and developers to transform the product roadmap into reality.
Impediment Management: Actively remove blockers and resolve dependencies, ensuring the teams have a clear path to successful execution.
Scaling Practices: Support the scaling of agile frameworks across internal teams and external development partners in a complex enterprise setup.
Qualifications
Agile Expertise: Strong experience in agile delivery roles such as Scrum Master, Agile Lead, or similar (minimum 3-5 years).
Scaled Agile Experience: Proven track record of working within scaled agile frameworks (e.g., SAFe) and managing dependencies across multiple teams.
Leadership & Motivation: Exceptional ability to lead, coach, and motivate cross-functional and distributed teams to achieve common goals.
Vendor Collaboration: Experience working with external development partners and integrating them into a unified delivery flow.
Digital Mindset: A solid understanding of the digital product development lifecycle and the technical nuances of modern software platforms.
Language: Professional proficiency in English, as you will be working in an international environment.
