Job Title: AGM – Inventory and Instock (Kitchen & Small Appliances)
Function: Supply Chain / Operations / Instock Management / Inventory Planning
Team: Kitchen Inventory and Instock Team
Reporting to: General Manager – Inventory and Instock

Role Summary:
We are looking for an experienced professional to lead the Kitchen ISM team, managing instock availability, inventory health, and replication. The role requires ownership, commercial judgment, and strong stakeholder management. You will drive inventory decisions that balance customer experience and profitability while leading a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Focus & Business Impact

  • Ensure best-in-class in-stock performance while protecting margins and cash flow.
  • Plan for demand spikes, promotions, and seasonal events to prevent lost sales.

End-to-End Ownership

  • Own instock and inventory outcomes for Kitchen and Seasonal categories.
  • Manage forecasting, buy recommendations, inventory health, exits, and post-season clean-ups.
  • Take accountability for misses and act quickly to correct course.

People Leadership

  • Lead, mentor, and develop Instock Managers and ISM Ops team.
  • Set clear goals, monitor performance, and improve analytical and execution capabilities.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work with Category Management, Supply Chain, Finance, and Tech teams.
  • Influence supplier decisions and represent instock performance in leadership reviews.

Buying Automation & Process Excellence

  • Lead automated buying and replenishment processes to minimize manual intervention.
  • Partner with tech teams to scale tools and reduce recurring errors.

Financial Discipline & Working Capital Management

  • Monitor inventory productivity metrics (turns, DOS, excess/aged stock).
  • Align buy plans with cash flow, profitability, and growth priorities.

Data-Driven Decision Making

  • Analyze data to identify root causes of instock gaps, supply constraints, and forecast bias.
  • Build dashboards and make informed decisions in fast-changing environments.

Execution & Results

  • Deliver sustained improvements in instock rates, inventory health, and automation.
  • Prioritize effectively and ensure consistent execution at scale.

Basic Eligibility

  • B.Tech (mandatory); MBA (preferred)
  • 6–9 years’ experience in Instock, Inventory Planning, Supply Chain, or Demand Planning, preferably in high-velocity e-commerce.
  • 2+ years’ experience managing teams in a data-driven environment.
  • Advanced Excel and strong analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of instock levers, replenishment logic, and supply chain dynamics.
  • Experience managing Kitchen, Home, or Seasonal categories.
  • Hands-on experience with inventory health management and buying automation.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, execution-focused environment.

  • High customer availability with controlled inventory risk.
  • Improved inventory turns and reduced excess/aged stock.
  • Scalable automated buying processes.
  • A motivated and high-performing instock team delivering consistent results.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹4,000,000.00 - ₹4,500,000.00 per year
