Kletke Enterprises is currently seeking an agricultural equipment operator to join our team in Brunkild, Manitoba Canada. This is a full-time seasonal position offered to individuals who demonstrate leadership in areas that will positively impact our business operations and growth.

Position Summary

Responsible for operating a fleet of equipment to support field and yard operations, executing equipment/yard maintenance and upkeep. Multiple positions available with varying start and finish dates for 2025 season. This role reports to the general manager.

• Annual harvest small grains (1600 ha)
• We serve customers in Canada and the United States
• We have both late model and seasoned equipment, utilizing modern technology and management practices

Compensation and work environment:

• C$19.35 – 39.50/hour
• Harvest bonus
• Minimum of class 5 driver’s license or equivalent required.
• 8-hour Shifts NOTE: Shifts longer than 8 hours, including weekends occur during peak operation months
