Role and Responsibilites:

• An Agri Field Officer is responsible for the day-to-day operations of an agricultural field. They will work with farmer community to help them improve their yields and profits. They will also help provide technical / agri-product assistance and training to farmers.
• Experience in fertilizer and pesticides is must​
• Conduct field visits to farms to assess the needs of farmers and to provide technical /product assistance.
• Train farmers on new agricultural technologies and practices.
• Monitor the progress of agricultural projects and provide feedback to farmers.
• Financial targets will be based on the region they are posted and size of the market
