This AI Experience Architect role, based at a Capability Center in Hyderabad, India, acts as the primary interface for defining and framing enterprise AI experiences. The position bridges the gap between business strategy and technical execution by translating complex needs into build-ready conversational designs and high-quality knowledge assets.

Role Summary

The Architect owns the intake and discovery process for AI use cases, ensuring every solution is aligned with high-value business outcomes. Beyond design, the role involves heavy knowledge stewardship, orchestrating subject-matter experts to ensure the information consumed by AI systems is accurate, governed, and optimized for retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).

Core Responsibilities

• Intake, Discovery & Governance (20%): Lead structured intake sessions to map business goals, identify system dependencies, and establish success metrics and prioritization.
• Requirements & Knowledge Stewardship (40%): Translate business processes into user stories and conversation flows while orchestrating the creation and taxonomy of knowledge base (KB) content.
• Conversation & UX Design (15%): Design intents, sample utterances, slot/entity requirements, and "natural-sounding" microcopy for AI responses.+1
• Testing, Validation & Insights (20%): Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), analyze conversation logs to identify user friction, and maintain the improvement backlog.
• Resilience & Recovery (5%): Validate vendor disaster recovery capabilities and maintain restoration runbooks to ensure business continuity.

Requirements & Skills

• Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in UX Design, Information Systems, or a related field, with 3+ years in conversational UX, AI assistant design, or business process analysis.
• Technical Proficiency: * Solid understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt design, and RAG principles.
• Experience with programming languages like Python or JavaScript/TypeScript for automation and integration work.
• Familiarity with enterprise ecosystems such as ServiceNow (ITSM), Workday, or Jira.
• Design Tools: Ability to use design and documentation tools to map complex dialog logic and backend workflow triggers.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,400,000.00 - ₹2,800,000.00 per year
