Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced AI Expert to design, develop, and deploy artificial intelligence and machine learning solutions that solve real-world business problems. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in data science, machine learning models, and AI frameworks, with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable AI-driven systems.
Key Responsibilities
Has to design and implement end-to-end AI automation architectures ,including:
· Voice AI receptionist and assistants for inbound and outbound operations.
· Conversational AI systems for lead capture, qualifications and customer support.
· Workflow automation across CRM, scheduling , marketing and internal operations.
· Build an AI content engine -boost client web traffic.
· Understand various business requirements and make custom AI Agents
· Create voice agents that handle 24/7 inbound calls for service businesses.
· Design multi-agent workflows using openAI, vapi & external APIs.
Required Skills:
· Project management ,AI automation, Marketing automation, chatbot designing, chatbot development.
Tools Knowledge:
Make.com, OpenAI, Elevenlabs, Hubspot, Airtable, Apify, Twilio, Supabase, Discord, n8n, vapi, Wordpress, Telegram
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in AI, Data Science, or a related field
Location: Janakpuri Delhi / Remote / Hybrid
Experience: 6 months–2 years
