What you’ll achieve


We are seeking a dedicated AI Inside Sales Representative to support the growing volume of large, complex AI deals in the North region. This role will focus exclusively on high-value AI opportunities, ensuring disciplined execution and accelerating revenue growth.

You will:

  • Deal Orchestration: Manage end-to-end progression of complex AI sales cycles, from discovery through negotiation and closure.
  • Sales Tools Expertise: Operate with precision in Goal, CPQ, and approval workflows to maintain data integrity and reduce cycle time.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve escalations and streamline approvals.
  • Customer Engagement: Provide responsive, high-quality communication to ensure smooth deal progression and exceptional customer experience

Essential Requirements
  • Intermediate understanding of the full range of products and services
  • Previous experience in relationship selling
  • Ability to identify how Dell’s products and services align to customer needs
  • Ability to provide coaching to peers to improve performance
