About Vida

VIDA Digital Identity is a Kominfo-licensed Indonesian Certificate Authority and digital identity platform. We power legally binding e-signatures, trusted identity verification across BFSI, e-commerce, telecom, and healthcare, and AI-driven fraud prevention that detects deepfakes and other emerging threats. Our SDKs/APIs integrate seamlessly to cut onboarding friction while protecting user privacy and data security. Learn more at vida.id.

What you’ll do

• Build internal copilots: dynamic incident runbooks for on-call; Slack/Confluence bots that surface insights and improve program governance.

• Automate workflows: LLM-assisted RFP fillers, Python scripts for repetitive tasks.
• Improve support: prototypes for AI-assisted routing, summarization, FAQ, intent detection.

• Own the loop: data prep model/tool choice prompting/finetuning evaluation safe deployment.

• Fire to learn: you tinker, read papers/blogs, and ship weekend hacks.

• Ownership: you pick problems, break them down, and deliver.
• Product sense: you care about users, not just models.

• Collaboration: clear writing, thoughtful PRs, kind feedback.

Minimum Requirements (foundation to grow fast)

• Recent BE/B.Tech Graduate (Graduated between Aug 2024 till now), Final sem students may apply.

• Python comfort (writing clean scripts, packages, and tests).
• DL basics & Transformers understanding (tensors, overfit vs. generalize, attention at a high level).

• Exposure to any of: LangChain, Hugging Face, OpenAI/Anthropic APIs, vector DBs (FAISS/pgvector), Slack/Confluence/REST APIs, Git.
  (If you’ve only just started—show us projects. Passion beats perfect resumes.)

Nice to have

• PyTorch/TensorFlow, RAG systems, prompt evaluation, simple observability (logs/metrics), hacky UI skills.

Interview process (passion-first)

• Portfolio deep dive: show a repo/notebook/demo; we discuss choices, tradeoffs, and what you’d redo.

• Hands-on build: Take home assignment —iterate, narrate, and improve.

• Learning signal: tell us how you teach yourself new tools; we value growth plans over buzzwords.
