We are hiring an experienced AI Subject Matter Expert (SME) to join our team in Varanasi (Work From Office). As the AI SME, you will be the go-to expert for our AI initiatives, guiding model training, evaluation, and quality, and mentoring the AI trainer team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Serve as the domain expert for AI/ML, LLM, and Generative AI projects

- Design and review training data, prompts, evaluation rubrics, and annotation guidelines

- Evaluate model outputs for accuracy, reasoning, safety, and quality; provide expert feedback

- Lead, train, and mentor AI trainers and quality reviewers

- Define quality benchmarks, run audits, and drive continuous improvement

- Work with clients and internal stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver high-quality outcomes

- Stay up to date with the latest developments in AI and apply best practices

Requirements:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, or a related field

- Proven hands-on experience in AI/ML, LLMs, NLP, or Generative AI

- Strong understanding of model training, fine-tuning, RLHF, prompt engineering, and model evaluation

- Experience leading or mentoring teams is a strong plus

- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills

- Willingness to work from office in Varanasi
