We are looking for a detail-oriented AI Trainer to join our team in Varanasi (Work From Office). In this role, you will help train and improve AI models by creating, reviewing, and evaluating high-quality data and responses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Write, review, and evaluate AI-generated responses for accuracy, clarity, and relevance
- Create high-quality prompts, examples, and training data for AI models
- Annotate, label, and categorize text data according to project guidelines
- Identify errors, biases, and inconsistencies in AI outputs and provide clear feedback
- Meet daily quality and productivity targets
- Collaborate with the team to improve guidelines and processes
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in AI training, data annotation, content writing/review, quality analysis, or a related field
- Excellent proficiency in written and spoken English (must)
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
- Good research and comprehension skills
- Comfortable working with computers, online tools, and spreadsheets
- Willingness to work from office in Varanasi
What We Offer:
- Salary: Rs. 18,000 - 25,000 per month (based on experience and skills)
