About the Job:
We’re looking for an AI Website Associate who is passionate about building exceptional digital experiences and leveraging AI to enhance website performance, design, and delivery. In this role, you’ll play a key part in helping small and medium-sized businesses succeed online—while shaping the future of AI-driven web development at scale.

• Develop and refine prompt templates, automation processes, and QA systems to improve web performance and delivery efficiency.

• Leverage AI-powered insights and analytics to ensure websites meet quality, accessibility, and SEO standards while delivering an exceptional client experience.

What You Bring to the Table:

• You bring 1–3 years of experience in website support, digital production, or similar technical roles, with a solid foundation in managing and maintaining websites. You understand CMS platforms such as WordPress and have a working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and fundamental site structure principles. You’re comfortable troubleshooting issues, executing content updates, and ensuring consistent website performance and usability.
• You are familiar with the basics of SEO and web accessibility, ensuring sites are both discoverable and inclusive. You’re curious about and open to leveraging AI-powered tools for tasks such as content optimization, quality assurance, image enhancement, and workflow automation. You are adept at using support systems like Zendesk to log, update, and resolve tickets efficiently.
• You excel at following structured workflows, standard operating procedures, and templates to maintain quality and scalability. Your strong written and verbal communication skills allow you to craft professional client correspondence and collaborate effectively across teams. You work independently within defined guidelines and know when to seek support to ensure accuracy and timeliness.

Preferred qualifications include:

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Web Development, Design, or a related field (preferred but not required)
• Experience working within CMS-driven environments (e.g., WordPress, Drupal, Squarespace)
• Familiarity with AI-assisted tools for content creation or automation
• Understanding of web performance metrics and accessibility standards
• Proven ability to work in a structured, client-focused support environment
