About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled AI/ML Architect with strong expertise in designing, developing, and deploying end-to-end AI/ML solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with machine learning, deep learning, cloud platforms, and MLOps practices, along with proven ability to design scalable AI architectures that align with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and design AI/ML solutions to solve complex business challenges across domains.
• Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of AI/ML projects – from data ingestion, model development, training, validation, deployment, and monitoring.
• Define reference architectures, frameworks, and best practices for AI/ML adoption.
• Collaborate with data scientists, data engineers, software developers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into AI-driven solutions.
• Evaluate and select the right algorithms, tools, and frameworks based on project requirements.
• Ensure scalability, performance, and security of AI/ML systems in production.
• Drive adoption of MLOps practices including CI/CD pipelines, model governance, monitoring, and retraining.
• Stay up to date with emerging AI/ML trends, research, and technologies and assess their applicability.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to AI/ML engineering teams.

Required Skills & Experience

• 8+ years of experience in AI/ML development, with at least 3+ years in an architecture/solution design role.
• Strong knowledge of machine learning, deep learning, NLP, computer vision, and generative AI.
• Proficiency in Python and ML/DL libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Hugging Face, etc.).
• Experience with cloud AI/ML services (AWS Sagemaker, Azure ML, GCP Vertex AI).
• Hands-on expertise in data engineering and feature engineering.
• Strong experience with MLOps tools (Kubeflow, MLflow, Airflow, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines).
• Experience with big data ecosystems (Spark, Hadoop, Databricks) is a plus.
• Strong understanding of architectural patterns (microservices, event-driven, APIs).
• Excellent problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s/Ph.D. in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or related field.
• Experience working on enterprise-scale AI/ML solutions.
• Knowledge of responsible AI, fairness, explainability, and compliance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹2,500,000.00 - ₹3,000,000.00 per year
