Air Freight Export Officer (M/F/D)

For immediate start, we are looking for an experienced and energetic support for our department Airfreight Export in Luxembourg.

Your Tasks:

• Handling of all inbound and outbound shipments
• Secure routing to the appropriate destination
• Disposition
• Document preparation such as HAWB, MAWB and CMR
• Customs clearance and document preparation
• Communication with customers and other business units
• Selection and negotiation with carriers / road feeder service providers
• Invoicing and Administration tasks

Shipment tracking and Claim handling

• Customer Service

Your Profile:

• Education in the field of forwarding and logistics
• Experience in the field of air freight is an advantage
• Good English knowledge spoken and written
• Other languages are an advantage
• Good knowledge of MS Office
• Ability to work in a team
• Willingness to work weekends, early and late shifts
• Motivation, Team player, flexibility, organized
